Courageous Testimonies

I had a preview of a documentary film “Hiroshima-Nagasaki” directed by Steven Okazaki, a third generation (Sansei) Japanese-American at Iwanami Cinema Salon. I cried listening to the courageous testimonies of those who exposed their keloids and sequela from that A-bombing 62 years before.

I keenly felt how important it is to convey the miseries of wars to young people who have no experience of a war as the documentary movie rang the bell of warning to all of us who take peace for granted.

Through the “Hiroshima-Nagasaki Peace Prayer” I strongly appeal for the World Peace.
